What is the Warranty on a Walkin’ Wheels Wheelchair?
The Walkin’ Wheels wheelchair frame is guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase. The warranty protects against defects in the material or workmanship. If a wheelchair frame breaks under normal usage, please let us know and we will repair or replace the wheelchair at our option. You would be responsible for all shipping charges. The wheelchair warranty applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable.

Shipping
How much is shipping?
Orders over $49 USD ship free within the contiguous US and Canada. Need your order fast? Expedited shipping options are available! Shipping rates are calculated based on your order’s size, weight, and final destination. We also offer in store pickup, for our local customers!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Walkin’ Pets products are shipped to over 150 countries all over the world! We partner with International Dealers who stock our products as well, find one close to you today!
How long does it take to get my order?
Our mission is to ensure that your shipment arrives to you and your pet as quickly as possible. We make every effort to fulfill orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Our shipping department processes products Monday through Friday. We partner with multiple carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to assist with delivery. Shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days, unless an Overnight option is chosen. For international shipments, delivery times are guaranteed up to Customs within that same time frame.
How do I track my order?

Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you’re not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses?
Yes! We do ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and international addresses. Not all orders are able to ship to PO Boxes, if you can only accept packages via your PO Box, please contact Customer Service to confirm your package is sent via the Post Office (additional charges may apply).
What happens if my package gets lost?
If your package were to be misplaced, please call our Customer Service representatives for assistance in tracking your package. All items purchased from Walkin’ Pets are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
