The D-Ring Clip you purchased is only stocked and shipped from the United States, so international orders do require cross-border shipping. Given the destination and the holiday timeframe, the delivery speed was within the expected international transit window, and the shipping cost reflects carrier rates rather than the item itself. Tracking details were shared at shipment and showed the package moving as expected through the carrier network.
