The small push pin worked perfectly on the strut that it had to snap into. It was a replacement for the one that broke.

My dog has been in the wheelchair for over 3 years now after a spine injury. The chair travels with us all over the world (on the plane & in the car). We purchased the medium/large model it is well engineered and well made.
My only recommendation it would be beneficial if the width of the wheels were adjustable. I also noted the the locking nuts on the outside of the wheels could be engineered to not protrude outward as much as they do.

Great Product

My corgi has been greatly helped by this product. He can once again play ball which is his favorite thing to do.
His severe arthritis has caused him trouble walking with his rear legs so by having this gives us hope he can be with us for a while longer!
It took us a little while to get the adjustments just right for him however there is many settings to choose from which works for different sized Corgi's.
I got him the smaller size corgi wheels since he was boarder line on height even though his weight was more on the bigger size, since I still wanted him to use his legs for muscle therapy. He mostly just needed support not to fall over.

My dog can walk comfortably and has worked out how to sit and toilet.

My vet is very happy with the wheelchair and belly support and believes they will be invaluable in rehabilitating the slipped disk in his back as well as reducing the weight gain due to the tumour that has been found on his petuitory gland.

Overall the Wakin chair is a good product, just unfortunate that my dogs condition is degrading and will probably not get much use out of the product. I would suggest if your dog has degenerative myopathy make the purchase decision sooner or go with cheaper product.

Love the lightness of it. Only thing is my dog has a deep chest and the front does not wrap around him securely. Made modification. Would be nice if you made and sold extenders, just saying. Other wise a nicely made product that is so much easier to use than the original strapping that came with the chair.

Without this cart, we would’ve had to say goodbye to our 12 year old King Charles Cavalier. It’s a great product and we love the fact that you can replace parts of it instead of the entire thing! We wash the leg rings and have the spare to rotate in order to keep her fresh! We’re so thankful for this!
